Guest Speaking

The world today is unlike anything we have ever experienced before. Many people are dealing with varying degrees of stress, uncertainty, isolation and a loss of a sense of meaning in their lives. Rhonda can tailor her talks with your organization's specific needs in mind.

Speaking topics include, but are not limited to:

  • Writing and the process of healing: the power of the word.
  • Writing memoirs
  • Dealing with loved ones and their addictions
  • Nature and the process of healing
  • Music and the process of healing

Whatever the topic, audience members will feel inspired, uplifted and with a renewed sense of clarity.

TESTIMONIAL

In July, I coordinated the first-ever weekend writing workshop for six Native and non-Native women at Willowtail Springs Nature Preserve & Education Center. This new series of workshops explores writing, art, music, and nature as paths to cross-cultural, cross-generational understanding. Rhonda was kind enough to kick off our weekend with a talk on her recently published book, Of Song and Water: A Journey to Hope and Healing Conducted through Music and Nature. Her words were inspirational to our diverse group of aspiring writers, and they set the perfect tone for a productive, healing weekend in a sacred, natural setting.
